Information concerning young athletes will only be used to assess and manage the coaching enquiry or coaching relationship. It will not be used to market directly to a child.

8. How long information is retained

Unsuccessful or inactive coaching enquiries will normally be retained for no longer than 12 months following the last meaningful contact, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain them for longer.

Where you become a client, relevant administrative and coaching records may be retained for the duration of the coaching relationship and afterwards where reasonably necessary for accounting, insurance, safeguarding or legal purposes. Records required for accounting or legal claims may be retained for up to six years.

Information will be deleted or securely anonymised when it is no longer needed, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements.

9. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

However, no internet transmission or electronic-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not use the website form to submit sensitive medical documents or detailed health information.
